Welcome to Our Investor Relations Page!
KBM International Inc. represents a unique investment opportunity. As a company, we seek to blend our consulting firm with services from our subsidiary companies.
Growth Strategy
-
Client Centered Approach
Despite our corporate culture being employee-centric, we take pride in our Client-centric services. We tailor each contract to our client's needs, company size, and industry, and try to match their budget.
-
Consultants (Talant Aquisitions)
We don't just focus on academics; we offer a unique approach to future employment. At our company, we offer two methods of entry. The First is through direct hiring, which requires all applicants to have a certain amount of experience, at least a bachelor's degree in the field they wish to consult, and/or a professional certification for consulting. The second is freelance contracting. We have a firm profile on Upwork where prospective applicants can prove their skills. Once they're added as our freelancer, we'll assign work that matches their qualifications. If they consistently produce high-quality and efficient results, we'll extend them a job offer, which will still require in-house orientation and placement.
-
Pricing Strategy
We have a few different options for our clients, prepriced/fixed-priced services found on our services page. Freelancer pricing on Upwork. Individual/team contracts (charged by the hour), and long-term contracts $5K-20K/per month (with the first month upfront).
Note: To prevent fraud and non-payment (scams), all contracts have an early termination fee with a 5% late fee for every month it isn't paid.

Strategic Acquisitions

-
Enterprise Partnership Program
We are looking to develop strategic partnerships with established Law Firms and consultancies. This is to ensure our clients can get the help they need, even if we don't offer the service they're looking for. For this, we charge the partner 2% of the total contract value as a referral fee.
