Our Story
KBMI is more than a company it's a trusted partner.
​Originally founded in New York, KBM International Inc. had a clear vision: to help businesses fix vulnerabilities in their policies and improve the overall corporate culture for their employees. Our journey began with recognizing a critical gap in human resources, Poor disciplinary and termination policies.
Eventually, we began expanding into holdings. allowing us to acquire assets that will prove beneficial not just to our company but also to all our clients. We hope that our company will continue to be your trusted partner in business.

What Sets Us Apart.
As the first Consulting firm/holding company hybrid, we can help in many different ways, consulting in diverse subjects, and offer services through our acquired subsidiaries!
We also have two different payment plans for consulting.
Individual/Team: For this, we charge on a sliding scale for time and project scope. Generally $85-$125 per consultant/hr +10% (which covers time, materials, and travel).
Contract: This is charged at a flat rate for the life of the contract. $5K-$20K/month, depending on size, scope, and personnel needed. The first month is to be paid upfront.
